‘Niet lullen maar poetsen’ (No bullshit, just cleaning) is one of my most important musical goals. No whining, tapping out, and everyone getting on that musical grooving train. I have been making music since I was 12 years old in the most diverse bands, including WC Experience, Mo Stax and Alle 13 Jaanke. I don’t play drums with my hands and feet, but I play straight from my heart and soul. Once everyone has gotten on that musical train, I like to make an unforgettable journey, in which we mainly let each other as musicians play the most beautiful music!

After a sabbatical of almost 28 years, I am back behind the boilers at Rock & Lol Band WC EXPERIENCE. I was there: the legendary first performance of WC Experience in October 1989. In the meantime, I have played in various bands, in the most diverse musical styles, including Alle 13 Jaanke with my wife Petra. This party act, with which we are still active, especially around carnival, is also great fun to do!

A WC Experience show is like being run over by a bulldozer of light and sound.
Hook in, join in, dance, bounce and sing along. Interaction with the audience is an important element during the performance. The show is supported by a professional crew that has known the ropes for years. A complete music circus that wants to visit all the party tents and festivals in the country.

I have been organising my own event, called De Kovvernacht, with great pleasure for 20 years. Bands and musicians get into the skin of their favourite idol.

In addition to all my musical activities, I have worked for over 30 years as a supervisor in disabled care in a residential group: wonderful work that I still do with great pleasure.
