With the slogan Let’s Age On Stage we welcome Gruppo Sportivo. The band, originally from The Hague, known for pop classics such as Hey Girl, Beep Beep Love, Tokyo, Rock ’n Roll and Disco Really Made It, has been performing again with great success for a number of years. The line-up still consists of frontman and songwriter Hans Vandenburg (vocals/guitar) and the other original members Peter Calicher (keyboards) and Max Mollinger (drums). The eye-catchers Lies Schilp & Inge Bonthond (both vocals) are also part of the party as the Bombitas. Tim Barning (bass) has completed the company since the album Great. Gruppo Sportivo will play a number of tracks from a new album that is yet to be released this evening. The single P.S. I Love You, released on October 13, is the first feat of arms.
