Ed started playing drums when he was 12 years old.
Around that time, bands like Slayer, Metallica, Dark Angel, and Kreator were emerging. He and his friends started a thrash metal band. When Ed was 15, he played his first gig. After many great performances, studio sessions, and bands with whom he spent a long time, it was time for something new: Martyr!
