From tapping everywhere and at all times to realizing drum dreams!
Crazy about drums and music. And has been all his life. What started as ‘tapping everywhere’ grew into a career as a (session) drummer, owner of drum school Drums4Fanatics and the MuziekloodZ, a vibrant music school in Roermond. With his knowledge, energetic approach and love for music, he inspires about 85 students on the drums every week. Together with 2 guitar coaches and a drum coach, about 120 musicians are taught weekly. You can also rehearse and record in one of the 5 studios in De MuziekLoodZ. Finally, this jack-of-all-trades is chairman of Roermond In Tune, a foundation that provides more live music in the region by organizing festivals, jam sessions, writers camps and showcases.
Eddie drums in bands with his own songs and in tribute bands. Bands he has recorded and played with include Vandale (Dutch Hardrock) and Youstn (Rock -with Alquin members-), David Readman (Hardrock).
For session projects he has recorded various drum tracks in De MuziekLoodZ.
Current (2025) permanent projects are Death Row Delta (Americana, roots), Kelvin Zhero (Alternative rock), Typical Tina (Tina Turner Tribute), Classic Rock Experience, Folsom Prison Crew (Johnny Cash tribute) and substitute drummer at Purple Strangers (Deep Purple Tribute)
