Drummer & Music Educator
Glenn Hallam is a seasoned drummer and dedicated music educator based in Northamptonshire, England. With over 25 years of experience performing Rockabilly music as the drummer for the renowned UK band Wild, Glenn has built a reputation for both his passion and precision behind the kit.
Today, he channels that experience into teaching, mentoring aspiring musicians from his private studio. Alongside his educational work, Glenn remains an in-demand session drummer, collaborating with artists such as Ray Thompson, Ronnie Harwood, and the Americana band Don’t Drink the Water.
His drumming can be heard on Ray Thompson’s critically acclaimed album No Regrets, which earned Best Pop Album at the 2023 XMAs. While Glenn embraces a wide range of modern musical styles, his heart is rooted in the sounds of the 1950s—reflecting his long-standing identity as the original “Wild” drummer.
